Falmouth is located just north of Portland on the coast of Maine. It has a population of about 11,000 people, and covers nearly 36 square miles from the coastline to rural areas further inland.

There you will find many small shops and restaurants along with several national chain stores.
The commute to downtown Portland is about ten minutes. Other attractions in Falmouth include the local harbor and town landing, indoor and outdoor ice skating facilities, many parks and recreational facilities, three private golf clubs, and a medical center.
